Reporting a problem with a tool? Please tell us which tool you used, your device and browser (for example "iPhone 13, Safari"), the file type and approximate size, and the error message. Please don't send us your media files: we don't need them, and our tools are designed so we never handle them.
What to expect
We aim to reply to every message within a few business days. Privacy requests are answered within the time required by applicable law, generally within 30 days. Corrections to our guides are reviewed as described in our Editorial Policy.
